  Every time I've visited this Dairy Queen, I've had a great experience. I've came in alone, and with really large groups of people and the service has always been speedy and correct. The cashiers are super nice, polite, and the establishment is incredibly clean. There's no where else in Vicksburg I'd rather go for a sweet treat.

  The floor was VERY slick---as if they had mopped it with grease from the french fry vat. All customers were slipping on it and I mentioned it to the manager. He replied, "Oh. I didn't know that." And he did nothing about it.
  
  It was around 11:15 a.m. and the place was not busy but our orders took forever. I kept going back to check on it and the manager said, "Sorry. We have some problems."
  
  My Guest Satisfaction survey receipt lists the code as "XXXxxx" and the phone number as "xxx-xxx-xxxx"; so I cannot complete the survey or call them.
  
  No problem. I can eat at numerous other local places, and I will.
